TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.

  2. All orders placed through our store must be paid using the available online payment methods at checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment. In the event of failed or incomplete payment, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend any further provision of services or deliveries without prior notice.

  3. If a payment remains outstanding beyond the agreed payment timeframe, the Company reserves the right to initiate recovery procedures. Any additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or international transaction costs are the responsibility of the client. Should external debt recovery services be required, all associated legal and administrative fees will be payable by the client.

  4. The Company is not responsible for any withholding taxes or deductions applied by the client’s country of residence. The full invoice amount remains payable to the Company, and the client is solely responsible for settling any local tax obligations.

  5. The Company undertakes to do its best to supply products and services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation to achieve results. The Company cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

  6. In order for it to be admissible, the Company must be notified of any claim by means of a written notice sent to its registered office within 7 days of the delivery of the goods. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  7. Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, including:

    • Homeware products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

    • Natural products (henna, sidr, mishat) cannot be returned once opened or used; returns are accepted only if damaged or incorrect.

    • Perfumes may only be returned if unopened, unused, and sealed.

    • Skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene regulations.

    • Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are accepted within 7 days.

    • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  8. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom.
