1. Returns
Homeware Products: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Natural Products (Henna, Sidr, Mashat), Perfumes and Skincare Products: For health and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned once opened or used. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or does not match the description.
2. Exchanges
- Products may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt if defective or incorrect.
- The store will cover shipping costs if the error is on our side (wrong or faulty product).
- If the customer requests an exchange for personal preference, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
4. General Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition and unused.
Sale or promotional items are non-returnable unless defective.
The store reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
5. How to Request a Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within the specified period.
Provide your order number and photos showing the product’s condition (in case of damage or defect).
You will receive the return address and shipping instructions once your request is approved.
